A brand new hotel upgrade means that our rooms are more comfortable than ever. We’ve integrated new convenience and luxury features such as an improved air-conditioning system and electronic keycard access to rooms. So guests can rest assured that security is of prime importance to the hotel.

Plus, guests now have access to complimentary wireless internet in all rooms, leisure and conference areas.

Rooms are either fitted with one double or two single beds and boast views of the city and the landmark Union Buildings, particularly spectacular at night.

- Check-in time is from 14h00 to 20h00. Where possible early arrivals will be accommodated.
- Check-out time is at 10h00 daily. If you would like to check out later or extend your stay, please contact Reception
– Our ability to accommodate you depends on the availability of rooms.
– Please note additional guests are welcome until 21h00.
Additional guests planning to sleep over need to be signed in and a minimum fee applies, additional vehicles need to be reported for security reasons.

Please inform reception about any special needs regarding guests with mobility impairment. We do have a limited number of rooms available specifically designed to make life easier.

If you want to make use of any of the braai areas please book at reception to receive your braai box with the relevant equipment for free.

Braai wood available at R25.00 per bag.

For guests in our self-catering units the dining room is available,  please book and pay for meals in advance.

If you would like us to stock your fridge, please contact the front desk or restaurant by dialling 9 OR 0117 with what items you would like us to stock the bar with and we will deliver the order as a room service order – to be paid on delivery.

TV Channels - Business Bouquet Package Available. We also trust that the wide variety of channels will be sufficient.
Library - Please enquire about this at reception. The library is free, open to all guests between 09h00 and 16h00 and situated at Ons Dorpshuis 7.

We have secure, free-of-charge parking for all guests on all premises. Please do park on the marked parking allocated to each specific room where applicable.

Please use the small ice-bricks from the freezer compartments to make the air-coolers work more effectively.

Be kind to the planet, please do switch off the A/C on departure.
